Delivery & Ordering

1. What are the delivery times? (COVID-19)

Processing your order takes our team one hour from the date of validation. We manufacture and ship the paintings from our European factories, and we want to emphasize that we will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Working with specialized carriers, if you live in Europe, you will receive your framed paintings in 7 to 8 days, and canvases in 10 to 15 days.

2. Where can I see the status of my order?

To track your order, simply go to the Track My Package page and enter your tracking number. We work with specialized art transport companies, and tracking devices are installed on each truck. This allows us to tell you precisely where your order is.

3. What is the delivery charge?

Free delivery!

However, you can opt for Transport Insurance at €2.95, which covers you in case of loss or theft.

4. I haven't received my order?

With our secure delivery, Lofty Trend handles any disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We take full responsibility for all our shipments. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, you have the right to request a refund or reshipment at our expense. Please note that the postal tracking number serves as proof of delivery.

5. Delivery to French overseas departments and territories, other European countries and/or worldwide?

We ship worldwide, but delivery often takes longer. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 days.

Cancellation & Return

1. How can I return an order?

If the product received has any manufacturing defect or does not suit you, you are free to return it to us within 14 days, contact us via the following email address: contact@loftytrend.com after having first filled out our withdrawal form.

2. Can I cancel my order during delivery?

Regarding cancellation, you are free to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, i.e. 1 hour after the time of validation of your order.

Indeed, our order processing is done automatically via software allowing us to manufacture and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

1. How can I pay for my order?

VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and APPLE PAY cards are accepted in our store.

2. Is my information secure?

1. Bulk and/or custom order?

Some of our canvas prints are presented as paintings for aesthetic purposes.

Indeed, if the frame option is present on the product page, you will receive the canvas of your choice along with its frame. However, if the frame option is not present on the product page, it is a canvas print by default.

We use the term "TABLEAU" for SEO purposes. Keywords are crucial to our development strategy.

Furthermore, over 90% of the products available on our site are sold with a frame option; in other words, 90% of our products are paintings. Therefore, there can be no ambiguity.

Note that you have the option to order the frame separately if you wish, subject to availability, for a better result.
